Lay's Stax Salt & Vinegar

Lay's Stax Salt & Vinegar Flakes are made from dried potatoes and vegetable oils (corn, cottonseed, or sunflower) mixed with potato starch and rice flour. Their distinctive flavor is based on a combination of maltodextrin, salt, citric acid, and malic acid to provide acidity, in addition to sugar and dextrose. Note that they contain milk derivatives (lactose and dried milk) and soy lecithin as emulsifiers.
